BODYBUILDING
Although we aren't specifically a bodybuilding gym we have everything you need to create a competition winning physique. With a mix of freeweight, selectorized and plate loaded equipment from one of the UKs most successful fitness brand Matrix.
PERSONAL TRAINING
The gym team will help guide you and offer advice generally, however we know that sometimes you may feel as though you would benefit from some specific help. In that case we can provide as much or as little professional help and support as you need through our PT sessions. Enquire for more information.

NEW GOAL SPECIFIC PROGRAMS COMING SOON

All of our team are educated and qualified to a minimum of level 3 Personal Training Diploma.  We have programs and plans to suit most workout and fitness goals from fat loss, through to building muscle or competition level sports. Please call in to chat about your future fitness goals and find out more about how we can help you achieve them.

Functional Training
We were early adopters of functional fitness training and continue to believe in the many benefits that it delivers. Our facility is equipped with all of the essential equipment to help you with all the key components of functional fitness.
Strength & Muscle
Whilst the training to develop both is slightly different, our team will adapt a training plan personal to you. This can focus on different types of strength, from explosive power to maximal lifts, or be fully focused on building maximum muscle.
Cardio training
Our group exercise sessions include a number of classes which are geared towards boosting improving your cardio capacity. We cover all areas from short duration interval training as well as longer continuous and endurance sessions. We are open to suggestions if what you want isn't covered!

The 360 team are comprised of passionate professional trainers.  We have a variety of ways in which trainers work with us and a wide skill set available.  We can provide everything from a friendly chat, through to a complex periodised training program for a professional athlete.  No matter your current level, we feel confident that with the help of our dedicated team you will soon be making great progress and hitting your personal goals.

Level 3 Personal Trainer

Nicola is an experienced level 3 Personal Trainer and former model. She has held her Personal Trainers Diploma for over 7 years and is a fan of kettlebells, functional training, and resistance workouts. She trains clients of all ages, types and goals.

Gerry is one of the most helpful instructors you will find.  He always goes the extra mile to help clients get the most out of their membership and training.  He has been involved in fitness for a long time and focuses mainly on resistance and strength training.

GET IN THE 360
FITNESS HABIT IN
LESS THAN 2 WEEKS

The hardest part of any fitness program is at the start.  It takes 2 to 3 weeks to build a routine and generate the ‘habit’ of going to the gym.  During this period you will have access to support from our personal training team who will be on hand to answer questions and guide you.  We will put an initial basic plan in place to enable you to get underway but more advanced help and support is available should you need it at a later stage.  Once you are in a routine you will quickly find that going to the gym and working out just becomes part of your day!
